Is it a hologram?
No. It's a round screen behind a curved glass dome. The glass adds depth as you move around it, but the picture itself is flat, like a phone screen.
What can I send?
Photos and videos straight from your phone, including iPhone formats. We convert everything to suit the round screen, and if your files won't all fit we'll email you before loading.
How do I send my photos and videos?
Your confirmation email has a link to the upload page (it's also at glowkeep.com.au/pages/upload): enter your order number and email, then drop in up to 12 photos or videos. Nothing to install. Send them as soon as you can; we load and post your orb within five business days of receiving them.
Can they change the videos later?
Yes. Plug the orb into a computer with the included USB-C cable and drag new files across, like a USB stick.
How long does the battery last?
A few hours on a charge, and it runs indefinitely while plugged in with the USB-C cable. On the tree, most people plug it in behind a branch.
What happens to my photos?
We only use them to load your order, and we delete them 30 days after delivery. Full details in our privacy policy.
When will it arrive?
Blank orbs post within 2 business days, loaded orbs within 5 business days of receiving your files, all by tracked Australia Post from Melbourne. Order by Thursday 26 November and it arrives before 10 December in metro areas (a few extra days for WA, NT, Tasmania and remote areas).
Returns and faults
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply, so a faulty orb is repaired, replaced or refunded. Because each loaded orb is made with your own files, we can't take it back for change of mind. Blank orbs can come back within 14 days if unused.
