Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with Glowkeep through this store. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Orders

• Orders are charged in full at checkout.
• Delivery dates are set out on the product page and in our shipping policy. If we can't meet them we'll tell you straight away and you can wait or have a full refund.
• If a product can't be supplied at all (for example a supplier lets us down), we'll refund you in full.

Your photos, videos and notes

• You keep ownership of everything you send us. You give us permission to copy, convert and load it onto the product you've ordered, and nothing else.
• You confirm you have the right to use the files you send (for example they're your own family photos) and that they don't contain anything unlawful.
• Files are deleted 30 days after delivery as described in our privacy policy.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Australian dollars. Glowkeep is not registered for GST, so no GST is added. We can correct a pricing or description error before dispatch; if we do, you can cancel for a full refund.
• The orb's screen is a round LCD behind a glass dome: it's a real screen, not a hologram. Colours in photos and renders may differ slightly from the product.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our refund policy for how we handle faults and returns.
