Privacy policy
Glowkeep runs this store. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order, and we treat the photos and videos you send us as the private family memories they are.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone, delivery address and what you ordered. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or Afterpay; we never see your full card number.
- Your photos and videos: the files you upload for a loaded orb or frame, and any gift note.
- Site usage: standard analytics from our Shopify store (pages viewed, device type), and, if you've agreed to cookies, advertising measurement so we know whether our ads work.
How we use your photos and videos
- We use them only to load your orb and to check it plays properly.
- They're stored in secure, access-controlled cloud storage and are only handled by the people loading your order.
- We delete them 30 days after your order is delivered. Email us if you'd like them deleted sooner.
- We never use them for marketing, never share them, and never train anything on them.
Who we share information with
Only the services needed to run the store: Shopify (our store platform), our payment providers, Australia Post (name and delivery address for shipping) and our email provider for order updates. We don't sell or rent personal information.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails if you tick the box at checkout or sign up on the site. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Access and corrections
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@glowkeep.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled a complaint you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
